The entire experience is fictional

All companies, sellers, listings, financial statements, offers, counteroffers, financing structures, signatures, letters of intent, acquisitions, deal references and wire updates are imaginary. No securities, ownership interests, banking services, financing products or actual businesses are offered. Clicking a button or signing a fictional LOI creates no purchase agreement, ownership right, debt or payment obligation.

Representative photos do not show an actual sale opportunity. Names and operating scenarios are invented; any resemblance to a real business or person is coincidental.

Financial illustrations

Calculations use simplified, disclosed assumptions and invented inputs. SDE, EBITDA, estimated cash after debt service, coverage ratios and cash-on-cash figures are educational illustrations for entertainment. They are not investment advice, appraisals, tax advice, lender underwriting, financing eligibility, actual loan approvals or guarantees of results. “SBA-style” describes a fictional preset and does not claim compliance with SBA lending requirements.

Sharing responsibly

Closing statements and social images must retain their fictional labels. Do not use this site or its outputs as proof of funds, business ownership, financing, creditworthiness or a completed transaction. Shared URLs can be edited and do not authenticate their contents.
